Mold Removal and Sub-Floor Restoration

A client in Coal Valley, IL had a hot water pipe burst in a crawl space. This spread moisture throughout the crawl space, which caused the floor in their living room to swell and buckle. This also led to mold growth on the floor joist and insulation in the crawl space. 

We removed the flooring, sub-flooring, insulation and cabinets; performed mold remediation on the floor joist; installed new insulation in the crawl space; installed a new sub-floor. SERVPRO arrived quickly and had the work done within a week in order to get our client's house back to normal.
