With a SERVPRO Emergency Ready Plan (ERP) a business will always be prepared if a tragedy in the building occurs. An ERP provides specific details about the functionality of the building that a business is housed in. Starting from the important contact information of maintenance, building owner, insurance, and management, all the way to where the water and electrical shut offs are located.
