Vicki Blaire: SERVPRO’s Greatest Cat Mom

Vicki Blaire, our Warehouse Supervisor, has been a dedicated member of the Quad City SERVPRO team for 12 years. And during this time, Vicki has made some lifelong friends—especially her 2 cats: Allie and Bella. In fact, Vicki rescued them both from SERVPRO job sites and brought them home.
Allie, 11, a Maine Coon, was her first furry rescued friend. SERVPRO was cleaning a damaged home that happened to have a new litter of kittens. One of those kittens developed an attachment with Vicki, wandering down the stairs 5 times to greet her; on the 6th time, Vicki decided “I’m taking this guy home”. And for the last 11 years, Allie has been a spoiled and loved part of Vicki’s family. In fact, to her other cats, Allie acts as a paternal and protective figure, always looking out and standing up for his kitty siblings.
Bella, 2, was the next kitten Vicki rescued from a SERVPRO job site. Bella was living under a home and very filthy and in need of care. Instead of taking her to the humane society, Vicki vowed to take her home as well. For the last 2 years, she has been an indispensable part of Vicki’s family.
Vicki’s dedication does not stop with animals; in addition to her 12 years of experience and professional expertise in this industry, Vicki is compassionate and supportive with clients and loves what she does. We are honored to have Vicki on the SERVPRO team!
