SERVPRO of the Quad Cities is accredited with the BBB & certified with IICRC

In addition to our in-house training, we make sure our technicians are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC). With IICRC certifications our team is held to the highest industry standards. SERVPRO of the Quad Cities holds certifications specifically in applied structural drying, carpet cleaning, fire and smoke damage, odor control, trauma and crime scene, water damage restoration, and applied microbial remediation.

We hold these certifications to do our job well, but we also align with the core values of the IICRC: We get things done. We don’t make excuses, we find solutions. We’re honest.
