What is IICRC? 

SERVPRO of the Quad Cities has trained uniformed technicians. IICRC stands for The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification; a set of standards and certifications for the inspection, cleaning, restoration industry. All of our SERVPRO employees have to go through several different training processes in crew training, fire restoration, water restoration, and carpet and upholstery cleaning. Certification is given after they have completed the course and passed a test.

SERVPRO franchises is an approved IICRC training school and offer classes in each of those categories. SERVPRO even has its own Applied Structural Drying Training Facility.
