Hometown Hero in the Quad Cities ~ February 2022

A core value that we hold at SERVPRO is doing good for our community. An important part of that is acknowledging and thanking others who are doing their part to make the Quad Cities a great place to live. That’s why SERVPRO has partnered with KWQC-TV6 to feature a Hometown Hero every month in the Quad Cities!

This month, our hometown hero is Abby Ehrler. Abby is a Sophomore in High School. She is also a cancer survivor. She wanted to give back to kids that were sick; so, she started Abby’s Blankets of Strength. These tie blankets are all handmade her Abby and she donates them to local children’s hospitals.  We are so glad to have Abby Ehrler as a part of our community! To thank them for being our hometown hero, we gifted her a $50 Visa Gift Card and donated $100 to Abby’s Blankets of Strength on their behalf!
